What is an Energetic Healing?
Connecting with your mind, body, soul & heart, this session will be intuitively guided to cleanse your aura and energetic fields, balance your chakra's and also allow you a glorious moment on the sacred healing table to breathe, pause, relax and allow the world to drift away so you can hear your own inner wisdom.
When you arrive, Rebecca will have a brief chat about what you are looking for in regards to your healing. You will be invited to choose your own crystals to assist you on your sessions journey.
As you lay there, in your clothes and tucked up in warm cozy blankets, Rebecca will move around your body, touching only your feet, legs, hips, shoulders, arms and head as she is guided too. Using sound, aromatherapy and a range of holistic spiritual tools to bring your mind, body and soul to harmonious bliss.
As you have invited Rebecca into your energy field by booking the healing, she can tap into any messages your body, or guides may have for you. All sessions end with a oracle card reading.
True change happens when you align your heart, your truths, and your energy.

A Truly Transformational Retreat Experience
I recently attended one of Rebecca’s retreats, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. Rebecca is the most beautiful soul - she has a true gift for communication and connection, making everyone feel welcome, seen and heard. Her loving nature and wisdom create a space that is both nurturing and inspiring.
The retreat was filled with insightful teachings, uplifting affirmations and words of encouragement, all delivered with such warmth and authenticity. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the serene and beautiful accommodations and surrounds, to the delicious, nourishing food - her gluten free brownie was divine.
One of the things I love about Rebecca’s retreats is that she always gives you something special to take home. This time, we each received a beautiful little jar, containing vintage pieces of card. From her booklet we were able to choose ten affirmations to write on the cards as a reminder of the weekends wisdom. We also created our own Mandala artwork, painting in our own colours and styles - a deeply personal and meaningful experience that allowed for self expression and reflection. These thoughtful touches made the retreat even more special and personal.
One of the most special aspects of the weekend was how Rebecca effortlessly brought together a group of total strangers and created an environment of peace, harmony and joy. The cacao ceremony was an absolute highlight, adding depth to the sense of connection and reflection.
