Healing means so many different things to different people - here is our definition:
Holistic healing is an approach to wellness that embraces the whole person — body, mind, heart, and spirit. It’s not about erasing pain or pretending our wounds don’t exist, but about becoming more aware of them and easing the weight they carry in our lives. Through awareness, compassion, and mindful practices, we can lessen the hold that hurt and trauma have on our hearts, our relationships, and our sense of peace. While we may never completely remove every scar, holistic healing helps us transform how we live with them — restoring balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to ourselves and others.
