This November, join me at the rustic charm of an old onion shed on a market farm, nestled beneath the sheltering presence of a 100-year-old oak tree.
Just as the oak teaches us patience and steady growth, this retreat is about embracing the gentle process of healing — learning to peel back the layers at your own pace, without pressure to do it all at once.
